What areas do you service?: We’re based in the Niagara region and happily serve surrounding areas including St. Catharines, Welland, Fonthill, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and beyond. Have a property outside this zone? Get in touch—we’re flexible!
How do I book a session?: You can book online through our website or by reaching out directly via email or phone. We’ll get back to you quickly to confirm your appointment and discuss any details.
How soon will I receive my media?: Photos are delivered within 24 hours on business days, so you can get your listing live without delay.

Videos, floor plans, and more complex edits take 48 hours.

Need a quicker turnaround? Rush delivery is available upon request—we’ll always do our best to accommodate!
Do you offer packages or à la carte pricing?: Yes—we offer both! Choose from curated packages for convenience or mix and match individual services to suit your needs.
Do you have a checklist for preparing the property?: Absolutely! A well-prepped home makes all the difference in how your photos and videos turn out.

Once your session is booked, we’ll send a prep checklist to make things easy. Our goal is to showcase the space at its very best!
Do you have a cancellation policy?: We understand that unexpected changes can happen. To avoid a fee, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, including no-shows, will incur a $75 fee to help cover reserved time and travel.
Do you work with vacation rentals or commercial spaces too?: Definitely! Whether it’s a short-term rental, retail space, or business location, we tailor each shoot to highlight what makes the space unique.
Can you add my branding to the content?: Yes! We can include agent or business branding on videos, reels, floor plans, and more—just let us know your preferences.
